Captain Jack’s Smokehouse has been proudly serving
high quality slow smoked meats and premium hand
cut steaks since 2019. Locally owned by Jon and
Nicole Anderson, they set out to find the perfect
Pit Master to execute their vision. This is where
they met Captain Jack Fallin. For over a decade,
“Captain” Jack has competed against the Best of the
Best in the Pro BBQ circuit. He is proud to bring his
BBQ profile to the Fernandina Beach area as Captain Jack’s
Smokehouse. His passion is BBQ and bringing family and friends together for a good time!
All Jack’s “que” is fresh-smoked in-house daily. Pair it with their made-from-scratch sides
and fresh salad bar to enjoy an experience like no other. They also offer outdoor dining,
where you can enjoy one of their signature cocktails made with local spirits on one of their
two patios with a relaxing marsh view. Captain Jack’s offers a great selection of steaks, too.
